S1E9: Halfway Inn (2/4)

The exhaustion started to weigh on Seigi emotionally and physically. He felt like a he had packed a mountain on his back and his eyes were going to fall shut immediately.

Falling in and out of consciousness he thought he saw the outlines of something familiar on the horizon, like an arch. Seigi knew he could not trust his eyes anymore, but that knowledge did not stop the flicker of hope to take hold in his soul. As he inched closer and closer to the shape, the flicker started turning into a little ember, then a small fire.
